Lisbon is a city that is thousands of years old and, therefore, owes its growth and consolidation to the passage of time, as well as to the cultures and legacies of relationships and cultures of the peoples that inhabited it. The connection of Portugal, and Lisbon in particular, to the Catholic Church is, for this reason, also millenary, one of the multiple examples being the Church and Monastery of São Vicente de Fora ("For"a means outside the medieval city walls), which is located in a of Lisbon's historic medieval neighborhoods. The antecedents take us to the year 1582, when the construction of a church began, in the place where the first Portuguese King, D. Afonso Henriques, had a primitive temple built, also under the invocation of São Vicente, Saint who was proclaimed patron of Lisbon in 1173. The construction that has reached the present day began in 1590, by the hand of the architect and engineer Filippo Terzi (1520 - 1597) according to a drawing by the Spanish architect Juan de Herrera (1530 - 1597), and was completed in 1627. Another prominent figure in the work of São Vicente de Fora is the Portuguese architect Baltasar Álvares, who added to the monument an erudite learning of Roman Mannerism, giving it a new impetus through the new architectural style in Portugal that would later serve as a model in following religious constructions. It is considered the great architectural work of the Philippine Dynasty. The church and the monastery have a remarkable artistic filling from the 17th century, the time of D. Pedro II and D. João V, recognized for a period that was rich for the arts. It contains pieces of Baroque tiles with more than 100 thousand tiles from the Baroque period, fables of La Fontaine and some renowned paintings from the 17th century to the end of the 18th century. At the intersection of Collins and Swanston streets, right in the center of Melbourne, you will find the Manchester Unity Building, created by the architect Marcus Barlow. Inaugurated in 1932, it was an architectural landmark, as well as an innovation in terms of the materials applied and, at the same time, it integrated new technologies, providing comfort and distinction to residents, as well as visitors, including the commercial spaces, offices and restaurants, whose activities remains. The Classic Remise Berlin, a center for vintage cars, was opened in 2003 in a historic tram depot, originally built in imperial times, construction starting in 1899. Some architectural changes to the building were made in the 1920s. There were limited damages in the war, the places where firebombs damaged the building can still be seen on the ceiling. After the tram system was given up in then West-Berlin in the 1960s the depot did not serve any purpose and was in decay until the present owners bought it in 2002 and started to reconstruct it into a classic car center. Now there are garages, services and dealers for classic cars, shops for spare parts, clothing, model cars, accessories and restaurants in this landmark building. For memorable events this is one of the most attractive locations in Berlin. The old industrial architecture in combination with historic and classic vehicles will guarantee a unique automotive experience in the first classic car center of this kind worldwide. With a tradition of about 7 centuries, Noh is a classic form of Japanese professional theater for the so-called, complete actor, as it combines singing, pantomime, music and poetry. Hence the origin of the word Noh, which means talent or skill. From other forms of representation - aristocratic and poplar - Dengaku, Shirabyoshi and Gagaku. The mask has an important role in the representation. The theater was opened in 1983 and the building is by the architect Hiroshi Ōe. The fountain was initially erected at the intersection of three roads (tre vie), marking the end point of Acqua Vergine, one of the oldest aqueducts that had supplied the city of Rome since the year 19 BC. The monument that we can admire today was planed by Nicola Salvi, and was completed in 1762 by Giuseppe Panini, shortly after the death of the Pope Clement, when Pietro Bracci's Neptune was posted in the central niche of the fountain. It is one of the most emblematic places in Rome. In cinema, the fountain was immortalized by a scene starring Anita Ekberg and Marcello Mastroianni in the 1960 film "LA DOLCE VITA", directed by Federico Fellini. The fountain is lit up at night.
