Ready for a walk by foot along The Meguro River course, in Tokyo, from Vantan Game Academy ? It meanders nearly 8 kilometers through several chic neighborhoods before emptying into Tokyo Bay. Generously landscaped walking paths along its banks and easy access to drinking and dining make it popular year-round. Much of the Meguro Riverside area provides pleasant walking and a mellow atmosphere that marks a contrast to the capital's urban buzz. The stretch between Nakameguro and Gotanda Stations is renowned for its pretty greenery and easy access to the hip Nakameguro neighborhood with its many restaurants and bars. Just beside the river, the Meguro Museum of Art focuses on modern Japanese artists and is worth checking out if you get caught in the rain. So is the quirky, squirmy Tokyo Parasite Museum just a couple blocks from the river. The gift shop alone is worth a look. Enjoy

The Bass Strait, which connects Tasmania and Australia, can be admired via the George Bass Coastal Walk, which is about an hour's drive from central Melbourne. You can also take the train to Kilcunda. The pedestrian route is about 7 km. The hike offers spectacular coastal views and follows the route of explorer George Bass's epic voyage of discovery along the southern shore of the Anderson Peninsula, more than 200 years ago. Reasonable physical preparation is recommended, but expert level is not required.

The designation of Teatro Carlos Alberto, former National Auditorium Carlos Alberto, intends to evoke the king of Sardinia, who died in exile in Porto in 1849, and who had been welcomed in the Palace of Barão do Valado, in whose garden the theater was built by initiative scored by Manuel da Silva Neves. The Theater was renovated in 2003 and its diversified program has been dedicated to collaboration with companies in the city, still constituting a fundamental circulation point for much of contemporary Portuguese creation. Santiago has a dense public transport network. The Santiago subway is a safe and fast way to cross the Chilean capital and serves most of Santiago's points of interest. To use the network, travelers must purchase a “BIP” card, available at subway stations. Load the BIP. After validating the card, you can travel for 2 hours, up to a limit of two bus/metro changes. If you travel only by metro, you can change as many times as you want. On the other hand, if you leave the metro, you will be charged the entrance fee again if you return to the metro. Peak hours are: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 9:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00. One of the peculiarities of the Santiago metro is that, to facilitate traffic at peak times, some combinations do not stop at all stations, but every two stations. Lines 2, 4 and 5 have three types of stations: red, green and wrong. Some trains stop at the red stations, others at the green ones. Before entering the subway, just look at the colored indicator, a green or red neon above each subway door, to know if you are about to enter the right door. All compositions stop, no matter the color, stop at the wrong stations. Outside peak hours, no color is connected. This means that the metro serves all stations. Once on the access platform to the composition and on the map, colors are displayed on it, to know where the stations will stop.

What is considered the last great Baroque palace of the Prussian kings can be admired in Potsdam, a city about 30km from Berlin, classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1990. Indeed, the New Potsdam Palace is an old royal palace in Prussia. located on the west side of the Royal Park of Sanssouci, in Potsdam.
