The mission of Museum Kampa is to take care of a collection of art works by modern artists and to provide testimony of the difficult time in which this art was created and which should not be forgotten. The Museum also hosts a number of short-term exhibitions presenting Central European modern artists. Over the years the Museum has held exhibitions featuring artists such as Kamil Lhotak, Karel Malich, Toyen and Andy Warhol. Each show is accompanied by programs for schools and the general public. Kampa Bookstore folows that goal allowing You to take a sample - through books, design jewelry, wall décor such as posters, postcards, gift cards, Papelote stationary and more. - of what you have seen. Porgy & Bess is a non-profit organization. The alignment of its schedule is multifaceted. Place of musical encounter, interaction and confrontation for both artists and the public. The main focus is on implementing a structure that takes into account the wide range of ways in the Austrian (jazz) scene to articulate, as well as new development perspectives, such as collaborations with international musicians. In addition, a club that serves as a meeting point for a local creative scene offers the possibility of exchanging experiences while transcending stylistic and aesthetic boundaries - a testing ground for different projects that do not need to present a "definitive statement", a place of constant work and development. Ramen Noodles Museum About 50 minutes by public transport, to the south, from the center of Tokyo, we discover another city Yokohama, with about 4 million inhabitants. Yokohama is home to one of the first Japanese ports opened for foreign trade, in 1859. In the city there are several attractions: a large Chinatown, with hundreds of shops and restaurants, Sankei-en Garden, a botanical park that contains Japanese residences preserved from different times. However, a visit to the Ramen Museum allows you to enter a genuinely oriental concept of Chinese origin but created and launched in Japan and around the world by Momofuku Ando (1910-2007): the Cup Noodles. In 1958, Ando wanted to create an instant ramen that would be ready with just the addition of water, which he achieved after many experiments. Initially sold in packages. However, after 1971 and during a visit by Ando to the United States, it started to be sold in another format. Indeed, Ando watched supermarket workers eat their ramen from a glass. So, he came to the conclusion that this would be the way he could make the product and the brand global, selling the noodles in a cup format, just by adding water. A success, Ramem features the history of ramen noodles in Japan, including the smash hit instant ramen. Viña Santa Rita was founded in 1880 by Dom Domingo Fernández Concha, an important businessman and public figure of the time. Don Domingo brought the best French grape varieties to the rich soils of the Maipo Valley, along with specialized equipment and a team of top winemakers from France. This brought techniques previously unknown in Chile, changing the way wines were made in the country and bringing spectacular results. Large investments were made, allowing exports to increase until the end of the 1980s. The new owners also implemented a series of technological innovations, allowing the company to produce higher quality wines. Since then, Viña Santa Rita has continued to work with the latest and most advanced technology to create exquisite wines for each of its product lines, bringing with it the numerous awards and distinctions it has won over the years.
